Team and roles

A workspace can have several people, each with a role:

Role	Can
Owner	Everything, including the balance and billing. There is one per workspace.
Admin	Manage the team, API keys and webhooks, and approve posts.
Member	Publish, answer and read analytics. With approval on, their posts wait for review.

API keys have no role: whoever holds one controls the whole workspace. Keep them on your server, never in an app or a web page.

Invite and change roles

Invitations, role changes and removals are done from the dashboard (Settings → Team): they are about people, not integrations, and the API only accepts them with a dashboard session. Each invitation is a link that lasts 7 days and only works for signing in with the invited email.
